Users now have the option to log in and sign up on the Zed portal using various methods including Google, Facebook, phone number and email account. This user manual will provide step by step instructions on how to sign up and sign in using all the aforementioned methods.

• Navigate to your browser, https://portal.zed.business.
• Click on the link to be redirected to the sign in landing page.
• Select your preferred sign in method and proceed to the next step.

SIGN IN WITH PHONE NUMBER.

• Enter your phone number and PIN to access your account.

• Incase of minor infelicitous occurrences such as invalid phone number, user not found or invalid email address, please enter your registered email address to reset login details.
  

• Navigate to your email for reset instructions.
• Use the PIN sent to your email to reset your account.

SIGN IN WITH GOOGLE.

• Choose the sign in with Google option and proceed to the next step.

• The Zed portal will automatically redirect you to your Google account (s); pick and click the account you used to register for Zed.

• You’ll be automatically logged into your account.

SIGN IN WITH FACEBOOK.

• Select the sign in with Facebook option and proceed to the next step.

• Click the log in button and provide the right login information.

SIGN IN WITH EMAIL.

• Choose the sign in with email option and proceed to input your registered email address and pin.

• To successfully log in to your account, click the login button.

SIGN UP

SIGN UP WITH FACEBOOK.

• Select and click on “sign up with Facebook”

• Click on your Google account that is linked to Facebook.

• Click the continue button on the pop up message. Continue as Andy, for instance, as shown below.

• After successful registration, please follow the instructions sent to your email for successful login.

• Enter the pin sent to your email as the one time pin.

• Your pin will be verified successfully.

• Input your preferred pin for both security and memory purposes

SIGN UP WITH GOOGLE

• Choose the sign up with Google option.

• Google will display all of your email addresses that they have registered for you; click on the one you want to use to sign up for zed.

• Provide the required details and then click the sign in button to complete the sign up process.

• You’ll be signed into Zed successfully.

SIGN UP WITH EMAIL

• Choose the sign up using email option.

• Enter your personal information as requested, such as your name, username, email address, and phone number.

• To finish the registration process, go to your email or Whats-app after the account creation has been accomplished.

• Use the login information that was sent to your email to login.

• Enter the pin sent to your email as old pin and your preferred pin as the new pin.



N/B After successfully logging in for the first time, you will be prompted to change your password.

• Go to Play Store, search for Zed payments and install the app.

• Open the app, and then click on "sign in.
• To begin the sign-in process, select and click on your preferred method.

1. SIGN IN WITH PHONE NUMBER.

• Select and click on the “sign in with phone number” button.
• Input your pin and phone number to sign in.
• Click the Continue button on the pop-up message. Continue as Andy, for example, as shown.

2. SIGN IN WITH FACEBOOK.

• Select and click "Sign in with Facebook"
• Click on your Google account that is linked to Facebook.
• To sign into ZED successfully, click sign in.
